However, as an external supplier supplies the software for the search facility, we are not liable if the facility is not accessible. We are not liable if the dentist’s details have any errors or the dental practices circumstances change in the meantime. We are not liable for identifying whether a dental practice has vacancies for new patients or offer specialist treatments.
